Executive Vice-President Of Cheer Role

The Executive Vice President Of Cheer Role Is Based On Leadership For Cheerleading Leagues With The Mffcc Experience At The Forefront Of Responsibility. The Executive Vice President Of Cheer Role Has Ownership To Deliver An Experience Through The District Coordinators, League Coordinator, And Head Coaches. He/She Will Recruit, Train, And Retain League/Teams. The Executive Vice President Of Cheer/ Cheerleading Coordinator Is Responsible For Making Sure That These Components Of The Cheerleading League Are In Place And Functioning With Direct Supervision With The District Coordinators/League Coordinator/Head Coaches/Assist Coaches.

Volunteers

Assist Cheerleading Coach In Recruiting Cheer
Leading Coaches

Communicate Time And Location Of The Training
Conference To All Potential Coaches

Assist In Organizing Cheerleading Coach Cliinc

Assist League Director In Dividing Squads Using
Mffcc Divisions.

Create Pratice Your League Will Provide Practice
Schedules.

Create Game Schedule Provide By Mffcc Executive
Board.

Communicate Often With The Coach/League
Coordinator.

Assist League Adminsitor/Cheerleading Leaders In
Resolving Conflict.

Determine What Involement You’Re Cheerleading
League At The End Of The Year.

Make Sure All Teams In Your District Attend Mffcc
Mantory Cheer-Off

Must Attend Monthly Meeting And Be At All Away
And Home Games

Make Sure Coaches Have All Books In Order For Games And
Play Offs
